Scale National provides a done-for-you business system for contractors and home service businesses, including: a professionally built website, a white-label CRM powered by GoHighLevel, missed call auto text-back, Google review automation and saturation, SEO services, and related customer management tools. Our services are designed to help contractors capture, manage, and retain customers automatically.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

All content, features, and functionality of our platform (excluding your data) are owned by Rocliff LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Twilio, Meta, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocliff LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
